We want you to be happy with your purchase. We do our best to provide products that are made with quality and value in mind. You can change your mind with a full 100% refund on
in-stock merchandise prior to delivery. Returns can be made at time of delivery prior to sign off but $140 delivery fee and (25% restocking fee for cash refunds or no restocking fee if store credit is issued.) Inspect your delivery carefully. After delivery sign off absolutely no returns. Your purchase is then subject to manufacturer's warranty. We do no re-sell used furniture.
Free delivery on initial delivery only. Repairs that are covered under warranty for parts and labor are not covered for transportation. Transporting the furniture for repairs is the responsibility of the customer. Electronics can be returned for refund up to 7 days after purchase if they are unopened and sealed in their original box. No returns on open electronics. They are repair only. No returns on special orders or Discounted Clearance / "As-Is" items.
Free delivery promotion will be deducted from refund at the rate of $140 per occurrence subject to above return policy.
Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds for checks will not be issued until check clears our bank and will be made in the form of our company check. We regret we cannot accept return items purchase "As-Is", Special order merchandise, items damaged by self delivery. Variations in fabric color, pattern matching, or leather color and texture variations are not considered ground for an item being defective, as it is a normal and a regular occurrence with furniture.
We provide FREE (core Mat-Su) white glove delivery by assembling your purchase in the room desired even if it involves stairs. Our delivery personnel will do their best to deliver your furniture without damaging the furniture or your home, but you are responsible to provide door jam, wall and floor protection from your homes entrance to the location of the furniture.
*Credit card refunds can take up to 5 business days to be returned to your card.
Our Guardsman protection plan does not cover pet damage.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Special orders and customer orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
NO EXCEPTIONS! You, the purchaser are solely responsible for items fitting into your premises (including all accessibility and entrances) and for any customization in design, upholstery, or stain colors. Be certain the color you order is the color you desire. In the case of entertainment centers, you are responsible for your television and electronic devices fitting in the provided openings.
Special order items require a 50% down payment at the time of order, with the remaining balance due when the products or furniture has been received at our store from the manufacturer.
Payment (in full) is required before any furniture leaves our premises. Orders being shipped our of our immediate delivery are are required to be paid (in full) prior to being shipped.
